We are looking for a communicative and responsible Support Manager to work with the english-speaking segment of customers.
What is important for us:
- 1-3 years experience in the support service;
- ability to work with shift schedule;
- the level of English is not lower than Upper-intermediate, both spoken and written;
- ability and desire to communicate with people, provide quality service;
- organization, punctuality, stress resistance.
Will be a plus:
- experience with any technical support service;
- advanced english level;
- upper-intermediate spanish level.
Your tasks will be:
- written communication with users via email and chat, also by phone and skype;
- customer consultation on issues related to the use of company products.
