EOS Data Analytics is the product company, with headquarters in the USA, California, and development centers in Ukraine — Kiev, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhya. The digital online platform offers simple and reliable tools for searching, processing and analyzing large volumes of data from satellites — both free and high-resolution images as a reseller.


We are looking for a communicative and responsible Support Manager to work with the english-speaking segment of customers.


 What is important for us:

  • 1-3 years experience in the support service;
  • ability to work with shift schedule;
  • the level of English is not lower than Upper-intermediate, both spoken and written;
  • ability and desire to communicate with people, provide quality service;
  • organization, punctuality, stress resistance.

Will be a plus:

  • experience with any technical support service;
  • advanced english level;
  • upper-intermediate spanish level.

 Your tasks will be:

  • written communication with users via email and chat, also by phone and skype;
  • customer consultation on issues related to the use of company products.
