JSE Global Solutions looking for an experienced Email Performance Manager to join team. Your role will be to develop and implement email marketing strategies to increase the effectiveness of the channel. The project operates in 40 countries and sends over 1M emails daily.

Responsibilities:

• develop and implement email marketing strategy;
• сonduct A/B tests;
• analyze results and develop recommendations for optimization;
• monitor and improve email campaign effectiveness;
• develop and implement new emails and templates;
• solve deliverability issues;
• define and assign tasks to the technical team.

Requirements:

• at least 2 years of experience in high volume email marketing;
• analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making;
• ability to build processes and strictly adhere to them;
• ability to defend your point of view based on data;
• ability to focus on the main things;
• high level of English (written and verbal);
• attention to detail.
