Product Designer

Genome is everything users need from traditional banks, but safer, faster, and completely online.

The company is a Lithuanian-based Electronic Money Institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania.

Genome is a B2B/B2C EU-oriented company, which offers personal, business, and merchant account opening, payment processing, money exchange, internal, SEPA, and SWIFT transfers, as well as other banking operations completely online. Clients can manage all their funds and accounts within our smart dashboard, which is in a desktop version, or through an app on Android and iOS.

The company is looking for a Designer! 

Duties:

• Discover user and business objectives in collaboration with Product Team
• Translating user needs and business goals into design that helps our customers get their job done successfully
• Prototyping and testing the efficacy of designed solutions
• Working with and improving our design system and design principles to make design decisions that scale
• Gather feedback and figure out how to iterate and improve things you launch and existing features.

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience working as a Product or UX/UI Designer.
• Strong digital portfolio of your previous works.
• An eye for detail and a high-bar for design quality.
• Experience of developing and supporting design systems across multiple products.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to make design decisions and iterate on solutions.
• Practice evidence-based design and be able to articulate your decisions clearly and credibly.

Nice to have
• Experience in FinTech industry and B2B companies
• Experience with HTML and CSS.
