Product Manager
EOS Data Analytics is a software company that works in the commercial space niche, with the main office in the USA and development centers in Ukraine (Kyiv, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhya).
We are developing a digital online platform for searching, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data retrieved from satellites. Using regular and custom algorithms, the system creates solutions to the challenges in business development and planet preservation.
The tools developed by our team provide individual analytical solutions in agriculture, forestry, oil & gas, alternative energy, and other industries.
Our key products:
Crop Monitoring, a satellite-driven online platform for precision agriculture.
Forest Monitoring, a software for remote management of forest stands thanks to satellite monitoring.
Land Viewer, an online tool for working with satellite data.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as Product Manager (B2B preferred);
- strong UX/UI skills ;
- strong business analysis skill for complex features decomposing into user stories along with writing detailed tech specifics;
- strong analytical skills and advanced SQL knowledge;
- experience in agile development and creation of MVPs;
- upper-intermediate and above written and spoken english;
- passion for the industry of satellite data and ways it can improve our lives;
- experience in GIS or agronomy would be a big plus.
Responsibilities:
- own a part of EOS Crop Monitoring product, it’s long-term vision and strategy;
- develop, maintain and prioritize backlog and roadmap;
- combine usage data, market and user research, to understand and identify customers’ problems and breakthrough opportunities;
- collaborate with science team to implement scientific features;
- transform user problems into validated solutions leveraging all possible consumer touch points for EOS Crop Monitoring (e.g. Product itself, Website, Email communication and Customer Experience and other possible means);
- measure the results of changes introduced, decide and communicate on success or failure, identify key learnings and integrate them in overall understanding of the owned area.
