Product Manager

Genome is searching for an exceptional and experienced Product Manager to help drive their innovative products forward.

Genome is everything users need from traditional banks, but safer, faster, and completely online.

They are a Lithuanian-based Electronic Money Institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania.

Genome is a B2B/B2C EU-oriented company, that offers personal, business, and merchant account opening, payment processing, money exchange, internal, SEPA, and SWIFT transfers, as well as other banking operations completely online. Clients can manage all their funds and accounts within our smart dashboard, which is in a desktop version, or through an app on Android and iOS.

Duties:

• create & launch new features;
• launch products or features as part of a consumer product;
• drive the execution of a single product and projects for the Product Management area;
• ensures business needs are being met;
• support product implementation;
• monitoring of key service metrics daily.
   

Skills & Experience

• bachelor degree;
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the banking sector;
• strong understanding of finance, including accounting, treasury management, and financial schemes;
• experience with both regulatory and non-regulatory financial reporting;
• work experience in Fintech;
• experience in requirements elicitation in English;
• good business analytics skills;

Preference will be given to the candidate with the following background and knowledge:

• experience in online customer identification functionality;
• a previous job using Jira, and Confluence;
• presentation and communication skills;
• excellent problem-solving ability;
• strong at decision-making.
