EOS Data Analytics is seeking motivated Middle Product Manager to join their team.

EOS Data Analytics is a software company that works in the commercial space niche, with the main office in the USA and development centers in Ukraine.

The company is developing a digital online platform for searching, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data retrieved from satellites, exclusively operates the satellite. Using regular and custom algorithms, the system creates solutions to the challenges in business development and planet preservation.

EOSDA Crop Monitoring, a satellite-driven online platform for precision agriculture. The service helps agronomists to remotely manage fields, thus saving time, effectively allocating resources, and increasing yields.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the evolution and development of the platform's core value proposition, ensuring it effectively addresses the critical needs of our users in the agricultural technology space.
  • Plan and conduct user research activities, including user interviews (custdevs), to deeply understand user workflows, identify pain points, and uncover unmet needs that inform product strategy and feature development.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key product and marketing metrics using tools like Amplitude and Tableau, deriving actionable insights to optimize the user journey, improve feature performance, and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to optimize the online monetization funnel, driving user conversion and revenue growth through data-driven strategies.
  • Partner with the Sales team to provide product expertise and support for offline sales efforts, ensuring alignment between product features and customer needs.
  • Actively participate in the Agile development process, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product releases.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Product Analytics.
  • Proven ability to conduct user research, including user interviews (custdevs), to identify user needs and validate product hypotheses.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret both product and marketing data and translate it into actionable insights for product development and optimization.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience with analytical tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau.
  • Understanding of Agile development processes. An obsessive desire to learn and understand how things work.
  • A startup mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

 

Desired Skills:

  • Experience working with geospatial data or remote sensing technologies.
  • Familiarity with the agricultural industry and its challenges.
