EOS Data Analytics is seeking motivated Senior/Team Lead Content Manager to join their team.

EOS Data Analytics is a software company that works in the commercial space niche, with the main office in the USA and development centers in Ukraine.

The company is developing a digital online platform for searching, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data retrieved from satellites, exclusively operates the satellite. Using regular and custom algorithms, the system creates solutions to the challenges in business development and planet preservation. 

 

Our key products:

  • EOSDA Crop Monitoring, a satellite-driven online platform for precision agriculture. The service helps agronomists to remotely manage fields, thus saving time, effectively allocating resources, and increasing yields;

  • EOSDA Forest Monitoring, a software for managing forest stands with the help of satellite monitoring. The tool allows its users to lower the risks of deforestation, water stress, forest cover loss, and forest fires;

  • EOSDA LandViewer, an online tool for working with satellite data. It allows for on-the-fly searching, processing, and extracting valuable insights from satellite data to tackle real business challenges.

Requirements:

  • team management experience;
  • perfect english;
  • experience with all types of content - copywriting, proofreading, translations, seo texts, etc.


Responsibilities:

  • Organization, setting up, tracking, and control of all content tasks of the project in Jira;
  • All internal and cross-team communication on behalf of the content team at all meetings, calls, levels, budgeting;
  • Initiating and accompanying vacancies in the content team — writing job descriptions, calls with recruiters, creating specifications for candidates / reviewing and providing detailed feedback for all content positions;
  • Process optimization — discussing and optimizing the flow of interaction for all types of tasks with managers and performers, composing, improving, and implementing specification templates;
  • Checking the team's monthly reports, filling out HR questionnaires, 360 assessments, and any other necessary materials;
  • Tracking updates in project technologies and products and communicating information to the team;
  • All releases and updates in Products (web + mobile (en/ua/ru);
  • Product landing pages (en/ua/ru), proofreading and translation of Product materials for presentations, etc., organizing and controlling translations for all UX tasks;
  • Approving specifications for SEO landings, internal website pages + translation (ua/ru);
  • Proofreading/editing important articles, landings, translations by other writers;
  • Proofreading and assisting in composing materials from all teams outside of tasks;
  • All tasks on composing texts/translations (highest priority) from all teams;
  • Management of the internal content writers' team / the external team of freelancers across all directions.
