Digital Web Designer

The Gravity Agency is looking for a talented Digital Web Designer focused on building fantastic websites.

Our client loves startup culture: work fast, adapt quickly, share work, give feedback, and joke along the way.

You will work with aerospace companies, help Y Combinator alums build products 'people want', take pictures of dogs, help AI to help humans, explain smart breathing machines and receive awards for that.

What’s the job:

• build digital products and pack them up nicely;
• design original websites;
• use storytelling to connect and engage with users;
• establish new ways of interaction;
• do research, contribute to product vision;
• create wireframes, user flows, mind maps to shape design goals;
• conduct well organised assets delivery to engineers.

What you’ll need:

• have experience designing and shipping digital products (web/app);
• graphic design background is a plus;
• work on complex interactions, experiences, end-to-end flows;
• you have a superior visual taste;
• you have a hustler attitude: being creative + getting things done;
• can solve problems, and know how to make complex information simple;
• know how to talk to devs, have basic development skills;
• with decent English and good communication skills;
• with genuine curiosity, discipline, rationalism, thoroughness and proactivity;
• you have a big thirst for knowledge and growth.
