We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization:

Areas of responsibility:

1. STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: participation in strategy development, responsibility for HR strategy implementation.
2. RECRUITING: planning and launching vacancies, cooperation with recruitment agencies (independent search in some cases);
3. ONBOARDING AND OFFBOARDING: support and consultation in the process of adaptation of new specialists, improvement of the adaptation system;
support and implementation of off-boarding procedures
4. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: implementation of the Performance Management cycle in accordance with the Company's HR strategy and procedures
5. LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT: maintaining the L&D process (assessment, validation, PDP development)
6. ENGAGEMENT & RETENTION: conducting regular surveys and developing action plans
7. COMMUNICATIONS: development and implementation of the communication plan in the Company

1. 3+ years of professional experience in a relevant position or in a similar strategic position in the field of personnel management
2. Education in human resources, business administration or related field
3. Deep understanding of personnel management principles
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
6. Ability to solve problems and make decisions
