Product Manager

Genome is a B2B/B2C EU-oriented company, which offers personal, business, and merchant account opening, payment processing, money exchange, internal, SEPA, and SWIFT transfers, as well as other banking operations completely online. Clients can manage all their funds and accounts within our smart dashboard, which is in a desktop version, or through an app on Android and iOS.
We are a Lithuanian-based Electronic Money Institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania.

Genome is looking for Product Manager!

Key Responsibilities

• collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to define product roadmap for the merchant business area;
• work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of high-quality products;
• create & launch new features based on Genome product development life cycle;
• establish and monitor of key service metrics on a regular basis.

Skills & Experience

• experience in Merchant Product Management of  3+ years;
• strong understanding of the merchant business, including payment processing and e-commerce;
• bachelor degree in business, commerce, or a related field;
• experience in requirements elicitation of 2+ years;
• advanced English (spoken and written);
• be able to clearly translate business need to requirements for developers.

Preference will be given to the candidate with the following knowledge and skills:

• proven experience in launching online products for merchants;
• knowledge of different payment methods;
• understanding of regulations in the area (compliance);
• experience with Jira, and Confluence;
• strong at decision-making.
